You might ask what is the difference between “sustainable” architecture and “regenerative” architecture?

Simplistically, sustainable design aims to minimize negative impacts & harm to people, places and the environment. Regenerative design actively seeks to create positive impacts, emphasising restoration and improvement, delivering ecological, social and economic value-add.

Many of our projects are adopting this strategy- from our countless Retro-First retail and shopping centre repurposing projects, through to our wider residential-led masterplans, which focus on restoring biodiverse public and park spaces within the hearts of our towns and cities.

Thanks to Cundall and their team for steering the enlightening debate- we look forward to delivering many more projects together in the future.
