It was a fascinating experience to learn from Tarek Jumah and Emma Powell MRICS about the vision and strategy behind the 40-acre site redevelopment project that will transform Earls Court into a vibrant and sustainable destination.
The project will create a positive impact for the local community and London as a whole, delivering 4,000 homes, 12,000 jobs and 300,000 sq ft of retail, dining, leisure, and culture spaces, as well as a 4.5-acre urban park that will enhance the greenery and biodiversity of the city, this is referred to as “The Table” which has a dual meaning. An elevated platform above the existing rail and the place where everyone will come together.
