Our ongoing project at Freshney Place in Grimsby has been shortlisted for the Best Sustainability Initiative, on account of the project’s Retro First approach to retaining and repurposing redundant retail into new, exciting spaces.
The recently completed Castle Quay Waterfront in Banbury has been nominated as one of the final three for the overall top Gold award for Best New Development.
