We’re delighted to be working with Sovereign Centros, one of the country’s most exciting independent property developers, to reimagine the south of Argyll Street in Glasgow city centre.
Our plans create a 15-minute city that is planned properly and inclusively with everything residents need to live, work and play just a short walk or bike ride away. The mixed-use development includes shopping, offices, a four-star hotel and the potential for 1,700 new homes.
Proposals respond to the vision and aims of Glasgow City Council’s recently approved City Centre Strategic Development Framework and will transform and future-proof the area over the next 15-20 years.
