We’re transforming the Castle Quay area of Banbury with plans for a mixed-use waterfront development complete with a multi-screen cinema, restaurants, retail, new parking facilities and a new pedestrian bridge over the Oxford Canal.
Working closely with Cherwell District Council, we’ve carefully crafted a rich mix of uses to complement the unique food, retail and leisure destination Lock29 while attracting more visitors to the town centre. The first phase, a brand-new 30,000 square foot Lidl and 117 room Premier Inn was completed in August 2021. Phase two, The Light, is a 55,000 square foot entertainment space set over three floors, including a premium cinema, a bowling alley, and a terrace with a restaurant and bar.
