Representing an estimated £6 million investment, the scheme will dramatically reposition one of the main gateways into this regional shopping centre.

Nick Strachan, Director comments: “As part of a wider aim to transform the southern aspect of the Metrocentre, this project will redefine the Green Mall Entrance as an active, vibrant F&B destination and key arrival point for the centre. Capturing the positive southern orientation, the proposal will create a new quality piece of biodiverse public realm, framed by new outward-facing restaurants, bars and cafes which will promote both a daytime & evening mini-district economy. Following our wider masterplan work around the asset as well as recent interior upgrade projects including Town Square, this project represents our first major external intervention and sets the tone for forthcoming investment
