Rich Mix
We’re reimagining the area south of Argyll Street in Glasgow city centre with plans for a thriving, inclusive and sustainable district where people want to live, work and play. The mixed-use development includes shopping, hotel, offices and the potential for 1,700 new homes.
People-Friendly
Our proposals revitalise the St. Enoch Centre, an iconic shopping mall at the heart of the city while redeveloping the surrounding St Enoch Square area to create an open, people-friendly place. As well as improving connections across the city centre, we’re enhancing links to the River Clyde.
City Living
With up to 1,700 new homes, the new development will boost city centre living, consolidating Glasgow’s ambitions to be one of the UK’s best cities to live and work in. Our plans support the Scottish Government’s climate change and sustainability efforts, as well as the City Council’s ambitions to make Glasgow the UK’s first carbon-neutral city by 2045.
“The redevelopment of St Enoch Centre is an opportunity to create new streets and squares between the city centre and the River Clyde allowing the city to benefit from the amenity that the river provides.”
Simon Scott, Director
